Our story
Collier Home Care was founded by Mike Fallon, who moved to Naples in 2004 and has spent nearly two decades building a career at the intersection of healthcare and home care in Southwest Florida. Mike began in healthcare marketing, developed deep expertise in private duty home care operations, and launched Collier Home Care in 2018 with a clear purpose — to do this work the right way, for the families who need it most.
What drives Collier Home Care every day is something that never gets old: the moment a family in need connects with the right caregiver and everything just clicks. The client is comfortable, the family has peace of mind, and the caregiver is genuinely invested. Getting there is never easy — it takes experience, intuition, and real care. But when it happens, there is nothing quite like it.
