Market-rate pay

You and your client set your rate. We actively seek clients who are prepared to pay
competitive market rates for quality care.

Weekly payments

We process invoices and disburse client payments weekly — so you’re never waiting
long to get paid for the work you do.

Flexible schedule

You work when you want to work. We refer clients based on your availability — no
mandatory hours, no minimum shifts.

Ongoing client referrals

When you need a new client or additional hours, we’re here. We actively work to keep
our caregivers connected with opportunities.

You’re in control

If a client relationship isn’t working, you have the right to end it. We’ll immediately work
to refer you a new client opportunity.

Office support

Our team is available to answer questions, assist with administrative needs, and support you throughout your time in our network.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for referral through Collier Home Care, all caregivers must meet the following requirements. These standards protect both you and the clients you serve.

Credentials

• CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN license or diploma
• HHA diploma from a Florida DOE accredited school
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional liability insurance (PLI)

Screening & identity

• Level 2 background screening — AHCA eligible status
• Health statement — free from communicable disease
• Social security card
• Proof of work authorization if applicable (Employment Authorization Card or Permanent Resident Card)
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to operate a smartphone

Certifications

• CPR — American Red Cross, AHA, or HSI
• HIV/AIDS training certification
• DOEA Alzheimer’s certificate of completion
• DOEA approved ADRD training

CEUs & training

• Assistance with self-administration of medications CEU (2 hour minimum)
• HIPAA training CEU
• Covid vaccination record (optional — vaccinated caregivers are in higher demand)
