Work With Collier Home Care in Southwest Florida
If you are an experienced, compassionate caregiver — a CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN — who takes pride in making a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to introduce you to families in Naples and Southwest Florida who need exactly what you offer. Collier Home Care is a licensed nurse registry connecting independent caregivers with clients throughout the region.
To be eligible for referral through Collier Home Care, all caregivers must meet the following requirements. These standards protect both you and the clients you serve.
Professional Qualifications
• Current CNA, LPN, or RN license, or HHA diploma
• HHA diploma from a Florida Department of Education-accredited school
• Professional liability insurance (PLI)
Background and Health Requirements
• Level 2 background screening with AHCA eligible status
• Current health statement confirming "free from communicable disease"
• COVID-19 vaccination record, if applicable (vaccination is optional, but vaccinated care providers may be in higher demand)
Identity and Work Authorization
• Social Security card
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States, if applicable, such as Employment Authorization Card or Permanent Resident Card
Required Certifications
• CPR (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or Health & Safety Institute)
•HIV/AIDS certification
• DOEA Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders certificate (1-hour video)
• Additional DOEA-approved ADRD certificate (2-hour requirement)
• Assistance with Self-Administration of Medications certificate - minimum of 2 hours
• HIPAA certificate

If a client relationship isn’t working, you have the right to end it. We’ll immediately work
to refer you a new client opportunity.

Our team is available to answer questions, assist with administrative needs, and support you throughout your time in our network.
