We have been working with Collier Home Care for nearly a year now and from their first introduction, they have provided exceptional care, personalized response and reliable scheduling. CHC management has also maintained routine communication with additional check-ins to ensure mom is receiving needed care, nutrition and medication in coordination with the nurse/doctor.  We have found CHC's online family portal to be particularly helpful in following scheduled coverage with specific caregivers and our calls are always answered and questions are immediately addressed or followed up quickly when needed.
