As a nurse registry, we support consumer-managed home care. Family, guardians, and friends are the closest to the client and should be frequently available in the home to ensure the caregiver is providing the best care possible and, in the manner desired. However, if there is any difficulty with the quality of the care or the manner in which it is provided, and you intend to end your relationship with a referred caregiver, please contact Collier Home Care if you would like us to refer another caregiver.
