Home Care At Its Finest

What is the difference between live-in care and 24-hour care?

March 19, 2023

When a caregiver provides live-in care, he or she lives in your home and generally will need personal time to eat and sleep. 24-hour care is continuous care day and night. If you need a caregiver to be awake at all times, 24-hour care would be a better fit with caregivers generally working either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts.
